When you Add a new password, in PassEdit, Delete is active, but does nothing. #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From PassList, Add a password
2. In PassEdit, hit Delete from the Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The added entry should be deleted.   It stayed on the screen instead

Either the delete menu item should be disabled, or delete should discard
the new entry.

Fixed in r39.   Delete is still active, but it at least now prompts the user.
