The user should be able to choose the length of the password as well as
character sets used in the password (eg upper-case letters, lower-case
letters, digits, punctuation, etc).

This should be a separate app.

Why is this on WontFix? I don't think it should be a separate app. The way I
use my
current password manager is:

1. Surf to a website to create account
2. Choose username
3. Enter username into pwsafe
4. Create a new password using pwsafe
5. Enter password on website

It would be nice to not have to switch applications just to create a new
password.
