Add ability to associate psafe files to this application so that we can
open it from a file browser or dropbox app.

I keep my password safe file in a dropbox dir so I can access my passwords
from any computer.  Now that there are dropbox apps available for android,
it would be nice if this application could be associated with the psafe
suffix so that it can be opened directly from dropbox or another file
browser such as astro.
