Will the clusters give n models since each one will have a different accuracy??

What output will the prediction model give for each of theses clusters? Each cluster will pass through all 4 models to select best. Ultimate best model will be used to predict new data? Does it (best model) not depend on which cluster it belongs , and what is the best model for that cluster?
