What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Basic Example from the site on Windows 8 tab (I was using Dell).
2. Try to move the map.
3. Try different gestures.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Map should be movable and should respond to different touch gestures.
The same gestures work fine on iPad.
But not on Windows 8 tablet.
It responds properly to mouse events, but not the touch events.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
We are using version 3.0.
Testing this on Windows 8.
Please provide any additional information below.
