Hi I was wondering about the fifth step, in particular where you suggest writing the file /boot/loader/entries/arch.conf with ...root=/dev/mapper/vg0-root rw quiet. How can I properly remove the quiet bit and am I right in assuming that will enable boot messages?

Hi @ictinaetus, apologies for the delayed response. As far as I can tell, removing the quiet should not cause you any trouble. Except you are likely to see a lot of logs. Here are some links explaining the options:

Hey @brihadeesh . Please add the linux and lvm2 packages on yout pacstrap instruction since, they will be missing inside the arch chroot. lvm2 package will also be needed to create the new inictpio correctly
