As there are different aspects of contents to deliver and one of the aspect is youtube tutorials. So create a section for the website which includes youtube tutorials of OCD society with the help of html and css. The following section could contain:

Create a Dedicated Section for Tutorials
Organize Tutorials into Categories
Implement Hover Effects on Video Thumbnails
Apply CSS for Visual Appeal
