To make the OCD website more engaging and visually appealing, we need to add animations to various elements. The enhancements should include:

Implement smooth transitions for the navigation menu.
Add hover effects to buttons and links.
Create scroll-triggered animations for sections of the page.
Design and implement a loading animation.
Apply animations to forms and interactive elements.
