Adding **Side Menu Bar** with MENU ICON #57

MENU BAR is essential key feature for a User-Friendly Website

PRO's:

  1. User can find all website essentials in one list just below his/her profile.
  2. User can easily edit his/her profile through Side Menu bar.
  3. Website will look in order ,basically every tools and information will be in certain order.

FUNCTIONALITY:

  1. Menu bar consists profile of user on top.
  2. OCD's projects sections below profile.
  3. OCD's upcoming event section like hackathons and live meet.
  4. Achievements of user in OCD's past hackathons and coding contest.
  5. About US section at last of list.
