Nextflow version differs between documentation and installation script #1

Hi,

thanks for adding me to your pipeline repository! And apologies that I did not check before asking again in our latest email conversation.

I have started to look at the code and to think about how we would run the pipeline here in our environment. And the first thing I wonder about is the nextflow installation:

In the README, "How to run the pipeline on IGH cluster", section 1, it says that we should run the installation script src/install_pipeline.sh to install nextflow version 21.10.0. But the script actually seems to install nextflow 20.04.1.

Which version should we use? Or is it maybe updated later on?

Never mind, I was in the wrong branch :-).
