Until now, jajuk beings a set of predefined genres that can't be removed (hard-coded). New genres discovered in audio files when refreshing them are added to the genres list as well.
I don't see what kind of problem this predefined list of genres can comes with, too many items in combo boxes ?

Exactly, a large number of genres that I won't use hiding the ones I really need.

Commented by anonymous on 11 Aug 2010 12:22 UTC Hello, I got the same whish the problem is: the predefined genres can be empty or not. (Rock+Funk != Rock/Funk etc.) so it is more difficult to create a working DJ. (empty genres don't work) and the reports got empty sections too
Reported by Aero Nextgen on 2 Jan 2010 14:22 UTC I wish to use JaJuk for organization of my MP3 audio books. Is there a way to keep JaJuk from presenting all of the Music Genre on the Properties Sheet Genre selection tab and present only the ones that I create or download from the files themselves.
I have deleted the Music Genre in the collection.xml file but JaJuk will just recreate them when it realizes they are missing. Normally a good function but no so for my usage.
Otherwise JaJuk seen like the program I have been searching for.
thanks for any help.
I use Ubuntu 32 bit from Ubuntu repository JaJuk About states ' VERSION_REPLACED_BY_ANT "Firestarter" Build: DATE_REPLACED_BY_ANT '
