Note that you use the "repeat all" option, it may be related but I can't reproduce any problem even using it along with the "continue" mode.

Copy of screen showing tracks not continuing. FLAC and ogg files work at first but after MP3 or WMA files are played the continue mode seems to fail for all files.

Note that continue mode only continues playback (by computing new tracks the user didn't selected manually) after every tracks in queue have been played. In your case, you have many others files in queue so the continue mode should not be involved into your issue.

PS : After more investigations, I figured out a unsynchronization bug between the continue mode button at the bottom of the screen and the "continue" menu but your logs says that you are actually in continue mode so I don't think it is linked to your issue. We'll fix that.
