Add the possibility to report debug traces in clear #1960

Reported by bflorat on 21 Jan 2014 20:13 UTC The "Report bug or feature request" is fine but sometimes it doesn't provides enough information because the logs are anonymized. For example, when dealing with a bug due to file name, anonymized logs don't help to detect the actual problem.

The idea is to allow users to easily provide their logs in clear when required and obviously only with their explicit agreement. In that purpose, we changed the "Show debug traces" panel so it displays logs in clear and user can (as usual) copy its content (still in clear) into its system clipboard.

When required, we will ask users to reproduce their issue, to display debug traces and copy them, then to paste them into the already existing ticket (they created using the "Report bug or feature request" panel or not).
