JIntellitype Support for windows 64 #1973

Reported by bflorat on 22 Aug 2014 08:41 UTC Windows 64 currently fail to load JIntellitype DLL as we provide only the 32 bits version. The NSIS package should be platform agnostic and select the DLL accordingly.
