[Covers View] Wrong management of unavailable remote covers #1975

Reported by bflorat on 24 Aug 2014 12:57 UTC When a remote cover doesn't exist anymore on the server or if it is currently unavailable, the previously displayed cover stay displayed (even if it is from another album). The result is that a wrong cover can be displayed.

Fix : we have to drop any remote unavailable cover, eventually only the "none cover" picture may remain.
