Packaging cleanup - Githubissues

The build process should be cleanup, it too complex and heterogeneous. We'll:

drop unused resources
drop maven (only currently used for junit tests) and stay with ant only that comes with special tasks for OSX or NSIS builds
If possible, drop the shell part of the build process and launch directly ant scripts from jenkins
rewrite the end-user ant build and allow it to run junit tests
