Full screen doesn't work under Gnome 3 #2023

I encountered this bug a few days ago on Ubuntu 18.04 which uses Gnome 3.26 but now,, minimize and maximize, even slimbar functions work. Don't know what happened.

Cannot reproduce under Fedora.
