Added a navigation bar and static information pages #181

Updated the main layout to be just a navigation bar similar to the tailwind project.

Options on the nav bar that have a * before them are not yet implemented

Updated the main index page to include similar info to the tailwind project.

Added the following information pages:

Information Index

Cannot be found by following a link on the nav bar
Located at /information

How to Join

Located at /information/how-to-join

For Players

Located at /information/players

For Managers

Located at /information/managers

Staff

Located at /information/staff

Rink

Located at /information/rink

Substitutions
