Created Basic Backend API for scoreboard, scoreboard vue page will show updates made on scorekeeper page after refresh.

You will need to run scoring.go

Closing PR due to node_modules being committed. Please remove the node_modules directory from your current branch, make sure that it is included in a .gitignore and make sure you have the most recent changes from the upstream repo's main branch.
