I was using version 1.12 and started getting the error. I am now using the latest 1.19 version and still get the error. I am using example.php. With the same username and password I can log in directly on dropbox website

I have not checked directly with example.php (it probably might be a little outdated), but I do not see any login problems in daily usage since days/weeks.

It perhaps might be that your account is getting a captcha? (See Issue #42 for further reference.)

The username and password you use on the dropbody website is the one the Dropbox_Uploader class takes. Just for confirmation which credentials to use.

I'm getting the error, too. Digging a bit into it, the login page response comes back with a 404:

Problem still exists. I have double checked password if expired or not. Can't upload to Dropbox because of login unsuccessful error.

I have this successfully working since days - the only problem I had was with expired passwords. So thx for the additional feedback and your saying it's not an expired password. I will take a look with my testing environment.

@onurgozupek: Do you know if it's possible to force a password as expired so I can test for that situation, too?

I have integrate dropbox in my website and it was working till this day(15-1-2015) up to 5.30 AM. But now its showing as error when we tried to upload the file. Error is

This is a bug on my install as well. I am sure the author is looking for a fix for this!
