chore(storybook): Update storybook to version 8. #29

As part of this PR, I updated StoryBook to the latest major version (8). After the updates, the Storybook works but sometimes only in the dev mode just after you run yarn storybbok, and when the browser opens there may be an error with hot replacement inside the preview iframe

apply() is only allowed in ready status (state: prepare)

This error goes away after the page refresh and never happens again. I think this is a bug to be fixed in minor updates of the Storybook. The SB build went well. And Chromatic check is ok.
