References to SkipWriteListener#onSkipWriteItems in doc, but method is onSkipWriteItem #115

The javadoc for SkipWriteListener and the flow in Section 11.8 incorrectly refer to the method as onSkipWriteItems when it is onSkipWriteItem (singular)
