Typo: Section 10.8.5 "PartitionMapper on Restart" "will or will be used" #119

In the first sentence of the third paragraph we have this sentence: "This property directs whether or not the partitions used in the previous execution of this step will or will be used (i.e.....". Missing the word 'not' between "will" and "be used".
