Clarify precedence between runtime-provided JobOperator Bean vs. other (app)-provided #190

Also the spec doc formatting is off.. the numbering should be 1., 2., not 1., 1. in Section: 10.4 #joboperator-2 listing the two options, BatchRuntime vs @Inject JobOperator
