After release of RC1 I discovered a bug in the TCK. Looking for feedback from other implementations on any other TCK bugs that may need to be resolved.

Testing this in Open Liberty on Java 17 to verify then will publish if there are no oppositions

Nice work finding the Java 17 issue with RC1 and getting it fixed so quickly with an RC2 - that's a good reason why we have release candidates like this instead of going straight to final.
