Artifact ID: concurrency-spec -> jakarta.concurrent-spec (for consistency with other artifacts in this repository)
Group ID: jakarta.enterprise.concurrent -> jakarta.concurrent (for consistency with other Jakarta EE specs)

The final comment (I hope): perhaps all projects under relocation should be explicitly of <packaging>pom</packaging> to avoid empty jar creation (and deployment).
