The link https://uel.dev.java.net/download.html points to an outdated version of the EL. Please point to the 2.2 links AND tell people what they need to do to add the JARs to Tomcat 6 (i.e. add

com.sun.faces.expressionFactory

com.sun.el.ExpressionFactoryImpl

to web.xml). This is an issue for Tomcat users who want to use JSF 2 and the latest EL features such as method binding parameters.
