Extend vdl.createComponent with support of ui:includes and user tags

Myfaces implementation extends their vdl.createComponent with support of ui:include and custom or composite tags. This great solution completely replace a set of strange workarounds from network or OpenFaces.

Mojarra in vdl.createComponent and DefaultFaceletFactory._createComponent supports only standard UIComponents and tags from api. There is no reason to support only tags from api. Problem was registered as https://java.net/jira/browse/JAVASERVERFACES-3281 but unfortunately closed.
