Create 4.0 branch #1834

It looks like a 4.0 branch was not created? Asking for a 4.0 branch so EE 10 users have a way to see the code relevant to that EE release.

That's currently the master branch due to the way TCK works (it doesn't read from a specific branch -- @arjantijms explained me this at least). I'll update the README.
