Standardize virtual forms

I find the "virtual forms" feature in NetBeans Visual Web very useful. This lets me have multiple submit buttons, and I can tell it which fields apply to which submit buttons. I can submit the form without filling in required fields that do not participate in the submit button's virtual form, and without those fields being validated.
