Add a "Get Started" page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A new user that has just heard about Jakarta EE for the first time won't know how to use it from the information we now have on the website.

Describe the solution you'd like I propose to add a new "Getting started" page with the following information, aimed at beginners:

• What's Jakarta EE: it's a collection of specs, which each spec having at least one implementation. You add the API dependency and just code agaisnt that. You can find a list of the specs and the compatible runtimes and .
• Documentation: There's still a lot of work to do on the tutorial before publishing it (at least we need to remove Java EE references), but we can explain that we are at it and link to the Java EE 8 tutorial website taking advantage of compatibility.
• Where to find help: you can join
  • The Jakarta EE mailing lists
  • Individual spec/Eclipse hosted implementation mailing lists (what about an additional page with that information?)
  • Point to the vendor website. Obviously it's not the job of Jakarta EE to provide links to each provider, but we can point users to "the selected product website" to find how to contact them.

One addition. As a user, I usually expect for a prominent Download link somewhere on the page. In this case, that's the Compatible Products menu item. Somehow we need to make it clear that those two things are equal.

EDIT: I see we now have a Releases button. Better, but IMHO it still doesn't sound like "Click here if you want to try Jakarta EE".

I think the place for this is the starter project. https://start.jakarta.ee. It is also available under Resources->Starter for Jakarta EE.

Maybe the link to the starter page once it's all in a better shape should feature more prominently on the home page.

Maybe from the start page, links to say the tutorial shouldn't go to https://eclipse-ee4j.github.io/jakartaee-tutorial, which is the project "frame", but directly to https://eclipse-ee4j.github.io/jakartaee-tutorial/toc.html

The tutorial should, I think, not be displayed full screen (making the user lose all sense of navigation), but embedded in the site's overal design, at least with the Jakarta EE navigation in the header.
