revert: Add Alexius Diakogiannis blog #114

Missed something from the README:

If your blog contains other topics than Jakarta EE, use categories to filter the feed, e.g. /category/jakarta-ee/feed/.

I see two blog posts from him on Jakartablogs.ee right now and they don't seem to be out of topic for me.

I think it's fine to keep this blog.
