Add the Platform Basics section to the navigation #91

Platform Basics is available in the 9.1 branch (https://jakartaee.github.io/jakartaee-documentation/jakartaee-tutorial/9.1/platform/resource-creation/resource-creation.html), but not the 10 branch. It is located in the folder src/main/antora/modules/platform and needs to be added to the navigation file (src/main/antora/modules/ROOT/nav.adoc).
