JakartaOne Livestream - Website Content (Speaker Info/Agenda...)

Good Afternoon Team,

Our speakers have been selected for this years JakartaOne Livestream event that we are hosting on December 5th, 2023. Our agenda is still being finalized but I wanted to give you all a heads up that this is coming in very shortly. In addition to the Agenda, all the accepted speakers have been notified that their talks have been accepted and we now have requested all of their details so we can start uploading them to our https://jakartaone.org/2023/ website. I will update this issue as this information comes in. I will create a document so it's easier for you to work out of as well.

Hey @oliviergoulet5 We have some information to share with you and we want to start adding things to the webiste we dont have the agenda times finalized or their categories those will come so for now everyone is the same color until the Jakarta team color coordinates it for us.

First tab is the Agenda, Talk Times, Descriptions and Speakers

@oliviergoulet5 Here's the final Agenda with the times now associated to the talks. We provided a legend at the top, per Shabnam's request can you color match it She wants more deep colors night light. @shabnammayel please go into this spreadheet (below) and fill in the talks that are missing colors so Olivier knows what to highlight them as. I did most of it there's just missing a few that Im not 100% sure of and want your final +1 on the color coordination as well as the final agenda. Please make all changes directly on the spreadsheet to avoid any further delays. and for consistency we should either remove p.m. or add it to all. For the one in the pic for Jakarta EE studio, we should remove "

@oliviergoulet5 we should also add under Presenter Name for Studio session as well as Welcome and Closing "Hosted by: Shabnam, Tanja, & Ivar" For the time zone we should put "EST (GMT-05:00)"
