Conclude JakartaOne chinese event #558

How team, you can now add the Jakartaone chinese event into past events on the JakartaOne.org website. You can also remove the CFP button and replace the messaging with the standard " This event has concluded" blurb.

Kindly let me know if there's anything else you need.

Would you like to take this on @laliwa since you have already opened a pull request to modify these pages?

It may help us avoid some merge conflicts.

But of course, I can do it if you're unable to.
