changes have been tested with JDK 8 and all 24,626 test are pass (https://ci.eclipse.org/jakartaee-tck/job/jaxb-tck-grao/job/JAKARTA_API/25/). When there is a glassfish build with latest jaxb 3.0.0 jar, we should be able to replace jaxb-ri jar at run-time with glassfish jaxb jars.
