User guide update #29

This is still Work in Progress. I'm currently working on updating the Configuration Properties table.

Ed, Guru, pleae check changes in chapters 3 and 4.1, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2. In 4.1.2 I stopped at jck.env.jaxb.classes.needJaxbClasses property of Table 4-1 Configuration Properties and Relevant Values

Finished rewriting of chapters 4 and 5.

Unfortunately there are formatting issues in Table 4-1 Configuration Properties and Relevant Values. This was already broken before my changes and I have no idea how to fix it except removing the table and changing the text as sequence of small chapters (one for each of the properties).

Properties table formating fixed. I removed the table and replaced it with list of small chapters for each of the properties.

@gurunrao It's complete. I just have to remove ENDORSED settings after https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jaxb-tck/pull/30 was merged.
