Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The user expects clicking on the logo to link back to jakarta.ee as opposed to the project page.

Describe the solution you'd like The href on the logo to link back to https://jakarta.ee

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context This feedback has come back from the community, where we are currently trying this out on the TCK project.
