Projects link in breadcrumb navigation links to page that does not exist #7

Describe the bug The "Projects" link in the breadcrumb right below the top banner links to a page that doesn't exist: https://jakarta.ee/projects/

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://jgallimore.github.io/jakartaee-tck/
  2. Click on the 'Projects' link in the breadcrumb
  3. This links to https://jakarta.ee/projects/, which does not exist and returns a 404

Expected behavior Either link to an existing page, or remove the link

Additional context This link is present because we anticipated having a projects page on jakarta.ee. As that isn't available yet, I think we should remove this link temporarily.
