Wrong project description / does not match project content

Describe the bug

• GitHub project description claims the project is an implementation of the Jakarta Mail API
• GitHub project content says it is not an implementation

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/mail
2. Read the following in the About description

   Implementation of the Jakarta Mail API

3. Go to the README
4. Read

   Implementation of the Jakarta Mail API, aka JakartaMail (formerly JavaMail), is no longer part of this repository.

5. Go to the 2.1.0 release page
6. Read

   The implementation has been moved out from this project to the new Eclipse Angus project and lives in its own repository - https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/angus-mail

Expected behavior The GitHub project should reflect the content of the project, and state that it's only the API.
