Describe the change

Refactored the jsonb platform tests (jsonb/src/main/java/com/sun/ts/tests/jsonb) in Servlet vehicle to use arquillian/Junit
Created glassfish runner to execute the refactored tests

Additional context

All 5 tests in servlet vehicle pass with GF8
Pending vehicles to be implemented: jsp, appclient, ejb (5 tests in each vehicle)
