Change the references javaee, j2ee in bundles and other files generated as part of the build

Following items needs to be addressed as part of this bug.

• Some build scripts and targets still refer to javaee, j2ee. This needs to be changed to jakartaee.
• Some temporary directories created as part of the build procedure, uses javaee or j2ee. This needs to be modified as jakartaee.
• Generated bundles and the directories inside them needs to be changed from javaee/j2ee to jakartee.

The pull request : https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/pull/50 has the initial changes that renames references of javaee/j2ee to jakartaee. It covers the below :

• Generated bundles and the directories inside them needs to be changed from javaee/j2ee to jakartee.

There are still many changes required to completely remove javaee/j2ee references from the source to resolve the below items as described in the bug. They will have to be addressed later.
