Update Platform Wiki to also include link to TCK results #241

https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/wiki/Jakarta-EE-9-TCK-results is updated weekly and lists the number of TCK failures that are occurring.

IMO, it would be helpful to update the https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform/wiki/JakartaEE9 page to include a link to https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/wiki/Jakarta-EE-9-TCK-results.
