Link to API not working on website #1140

Hi,

I was going through the website for Jakarta RESTful Web Services , and I found that the link for the APIs is either not working or yet under development :

Link : https://eclipse-ee4j.github.io/jaxrs-api/apidocs

If it is under development I would be glad to contribute.

Good catch. The link should actually be:
