Also, https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/pull/756 is for promoting a (Jakarta EE 10) Concurrency 3.0 TCK needed for running against Java 21. Note that additional changes are included for TCK challenges that do not involve running on Java 21 (each pull request should mention the related TCK challenges).

4 months ago CC @smillidge this Connector 2.1 TCK release reflects Platform TCK changes made to change a few Connector tests to use the web-app-5.0.xsd instead of web-app_2_3.dtd
https://github.com/jakartaee/platform-tck/issues/1313 - Update from optional web-app_2_3.dtd to (required) web-app_5_0.xsd. Note that we seemed to skip promoting staged jakarta-connectors-tck-2.1.1.zip so we are now releasing jakarta-connectors-tck-2.1.2.zip to avoid creating confusion.
