Move this repo to https://github.com/jakartaee #204

In the steering committee we voted to moved all specification projects from eclipse-ee4j to jakartaee. As such this repo should move to in due time.

Moving is fairly automatic, and redirects will be automatically put in place from the current location here to the new location.

If someone can authorise the move (e.g. @tomjenkinson) I can take care of it if needed.

Hi @arjantijms - please can I ask you to share a link to where the decision is recorded? Once we have that I would be fine to do the move myself - is it documented at all? I would welcome your involvement too if you are happy to do that.

"We voted on it in 2019 and then in 2020 we added it explicitly to our 2021 plan and voted on that plan. I think we just need to start executing. I sent about 30 emails like the following in an attempt to add some shape to it and kick off the move in the spec projects.

@tomjenkinson If the evidence I provided is convincing enough for you, "authorization" here really only means giving a +1. There's no need to actually give me any repo rights or so. Just to be sure ;)

Thanks @arjantijms - https://jakarta.ee/about/meeting_minutes/steering_committee/minutes-june-11-2019.pdf works for me but IIUC we should actually move under https://github.com/jakarta-ee rather than https://github.com/jakartaee? So +1 to moving under https://github.com/jakarta-ee.

I think this was discussed elsewhere that the jakarta-ee was a mistake in the minutes. All the repos listed there now are old copies (it was the experimental repo that David and I did). The actual repo where the live projects were moved to is jakartaee.

Transfer had been completed. Most tools and forks etc will transparently use the name location without needing updated, but it's still better/nicer to do update to the new location.

Especially the CI jobs at https://ci.eclipse.org/jta/ are best updated.

I have updated several of the jobs in CI and the rest we can modify as we go on.
