Prepare TCK for BV 2.0

OK, this is a lot of minor fixes to prepare TCK for BV 2.0.

Following this:

• we need to push the doc to docs.jboss.org and update the distribution accordingly (see https://hibernate.atlassian.net/projects/BVTCK/issues/BVTCK-81)

It is related to the following issues:

• https://hibernate.atlassian.net/projects/BVTCK/issues/BVTCK-77
• https://hibernate.atlassian.net/projects/BVTCK/issues/BVTCK-78

I don't think we should close these issues as we will need to update everything with final versions at the end of the cycle.
