Identify the chars of buzzer

First of all, buzzer is different from influencer. Here in Indonesia, the main goal of buzzer on Twitter is to create noise 'kegaduhan' just like the sound of buzzing bees. Here are some characteristics of buzzer:

Could be anyone, it could be you,
Buzzer doesn't need to have many followers although some buzzers have so many followers,
Deliver as much information as possible (sometimes opinions of the buzzer regarding the issue or just retweets from many sources) so that many people could be aware or convinced by the information that the buzzer delivered,
To an extreme degree, buzzer could create many accounts with the intention solely to make awareness, to convince, or to influence people,
Especially on Twitter, buzzers most of the time create hashtags that are politically biased to make political figures seem attractive or vice versa and spam it mercilessly with the purpose to make it trending so that the people could see what the buzzers are buzzing about.

Additional Information: buzzer account may:

tweet almost followed by #hashtag (like 80% of the tweets)
have a lot of following than follower (one may the child of the center account, and one may the center of the buzzer)
tweeting a repetitive content to boost hashtag become a trend (like up to 5 tweets about the same hashtag)
have a pattern regarding their activity (each 15 minutes he/she posts something)

I also notice that may some account not tweeting repetitive content. They may replying the opposite tweet's by using harsh words and do not engage with the reply that he/she's tweet. It is like, hit and run wdyt? @AndhikaS97

I notice it too but cannot find the right words to describe it. Maybe it is more of:

Some buzzers account may tweet or reply to the tweet issued using harsh words with the intention to provoke others to do the same or just to bait.

One characteristic that I also notice is this:

Many buzzers follow fellow buzzers' with the same political view so that the buzz tweet could spread easily and create one massive buzzer circle.

some of the buzzers retweeting a lot on the current political issue.

discussing politics only as a buzzer
using rude words, abusive, and tendentious without necessarily using hashtag, usually found on replies to another tweet @AndhikaS97

There are 3 types of buzzer: Focusing on social issues

Activist (ex. Lini ZQ, Veronica)
Influencer (ex. Cania)
Politician (ex. Fadli Zon)

Definitions of the buzzer that we are tagging on: An account that specifically tweets or retweets to fulfill a political agenda. Using BOTS:

Only retweeting focused and happening political issues
Username contains numbers (ex. Andhika99911)
Have a pattern regarding their tweets (using the same hashtag all over the tweets)

Unidentified User:

Tweet and retweet focused and happening political issues
The username is more natural than bots
Not using the hashtag to provoke
