systemd configuration script #10

I need a systemd configuration script for this. Or some shit like that. IDK

some idiot kept hard compiled templates in this.... going to have to rewrite handlers.go

in adding this script, i found that templates were hardcoded in.

in rewriting the templates to be loaded at bin startup, i'm still having a problem with the template being undefined. speecifically, when i load a page through the template handler, I'm getting:

html/template: "/var/wiki-backend/wiki.html" is undefined

will require further research.

this is fully fixed, have added the systemd configuration script to the repository as an example
