alert boxes #6

Change the parser to parse out alert boxes. Syntax is available here

I think I am actually going to use syntax that looks like:

warning> This is a warning

And put it into the quotes section - as that seems to fit fairly well.

These are now a thing, and have been created in a local fork of blackfriday.
